My take on “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Wrecking Ball” by Jeff Kinney

The funny 14th installment of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid focuses on the home improvement, chores and Greg’s interaction with the family.

This one is rib-tickling. Greg’s thoughts and actions are creatively hilarious. There is humor in every page and graphics are so apt to the scene.

I like how the book talked about one of the fears of Greg and handled it without being preachy.
Good start for reluctant readers, if any. Also, kids’ reading this would find chores, family meetings, and more. Lots of family antics. Also, if you are one who talks about an event with books to kids, this is for you. If you are moving house, grab a copy.
