Living in an unequal world we do understand the worth of gender neutral. The simple idea is to avoid gender role discrimination.
If we want to create a better equal world, then as parents we have innumerable chances in daily life.
To raise a child who believes in equality, parents can adopt little but impactful steps. Like being a role model, when the man of the house is equally involved in household responsibilities children understand domestic work is not bounded to gender. Or when children see mothers challenging societal norms that expect a submissive woman, they see a role model.
The gender neutral approach is down to basics when a child irrespective of gender is encouraged to share emotion, be it joy, anger, or unhappiness.
